Business Description
World Cuisine on the Waterfront
China Grill is a vibrant waterfront bar & restaurant oasis overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. The interior reflects the natural beauty of its locale – warm reds, oranges and yellows evoke glorious Floridian sunsets, while soft greens, blues and ceruleans play off the cool tones of the water. The dramatic & energetic interior is complimented by a centralized open kitchen which converts back of house activity into mouthwatering dinner theater.
Cuisine
China Grill offers innovative sushi as well as a menu featuring Asian-influenced world cuisine consisting of 40 dishes, each dramatically presented and artistically prepared. Taste the "Classics" such as Tempura Sashimi with hot mustard champagne sauce; Lobster Pancakes with red chili coconut sauce; Lamb Spareribs with a plum and sesame glaze; Grilled Szechuan Beef with sake, soy, spicy shallots and cilantro; and Barbecued Salmon with Chinese mustard sauce, stir-fried greens.
